After being nearly wiped out from overhunting and disease, Bison have a great comeback story, now roaming in giant herds in the west. The wood bison is the largest land animal in the Americas. This design sprouted from one of those ads for Montana where I drew the animals in multiple angles in my sketchbook. One ended up with 2 heads. While paging through my sketchbook a friend thought it was interesting.
